Industrial mixers and dispersers
Dispersing shaft and revolving scraper
Balanced dispersion shaft with adequate taper in the final part ensures the elimination of vibrations during the most critical processing phases, even at high speeds.
The dispersion tool supplied with the machine is of the notched disc type with a quick attach/release system to the dispersing shaft which makes for easy replacement.
Blade with a self-adjusting system
Independent lateral revolving scraper with self-regulating system in order to obtain a perfect cleaning of the internal lateral surface of the tank and at the same time convey the processed product towards the dispersion impeller, reducing the production time.
Vertical movement of the dispersing shaft
The vertical movement of the dispersion impeller, called EXCURSION, happen through the use of pneumatic pistons.
The possibility of adjusting the correct height in relation to the quantity of product contained in the tank, might guarantee high flexibility to the machine and also this is allow to optimize the mixing flows, and have fast incorporation of the raw materials. In the case of undervacuum machine the vertical movement speeds up the air extraction from the product.
Main transmission
Main electrical motor fixed to the mixer unit complete with pulley-type transmission and belts with profiles and dimensions suitable for the installed power.
Two Columns Structure
On the side of the mixer group there are two mobile columns coated in hard chrome, ground and wear resistant, with technical solution that gives the machine a high strength even in the most critical phases of the production cycle, minimizing vibrations and increasing stability.
