A BIT OF HISTORY
In 1956 Zanelli Vincenzo began a craft activity in the general metalworking sector.
In 1962, thanks to the collaboration of his son Gianfranco and his wife Carla, the company became ZANELLI s.r.l., specializing in the design and construction of implants for the chemical sector.
SINCE 1962
In these first 50 years of activity, ZANELLI srl, now in its third generation, also strengthened its international role because it’s a family business, thing that has make it the star of an ever growing enterprise journey, based on satisfying the demands of its own clients.
From its foundation until today, the company has grown in terms of technological innovation with high quality and reliability products, thanks to efficient and qualified collaborators always updated on the news in the field and on the regulations and aware of the needs of an increasingly demanding of an evolving market.

New building with 4,000 square meters and new office space.

Foundation of the turn-key implants division.

New building of 1500 square meters to expand the areas used for production processes.

Introduction of the water jet sheet cutting system.

Global integration of software systems for parametric design in SolidWorks 3D.

Installation of a new work center with the latest generation with integration of SolidWorks CAD-CAM systems.
2010
Introduction of finite element software systems (FEM) for static and load / deformation dynamics analysis.
2011
Foundation of Zanelli Mixing & Dispersion Innovation S.A. De C.V. in Monterrey, Mexico.
2012
Extension of the 700 square meter installation area and construction of the internal metrological office for quality control.
2013
New laboratory on an area of 200 square meters, with an available whole range of machines from 1 to 230 liters.
2016
Improvement of on-site quality control with 3D inspection arms.
2017
Automatic installation of the sheet metal warehouse with a capacity of 210 tons.
2018
Foundation of Zanelli USA Corp in Miami, Florida. (United States of America).
